Lebo Zukiswa Mapetla is a proud Pan African and a seasoned entrepreneur and business woman. She has worked in and across several countries on the African continent, including her home country of South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Senegal, Lesotho, Ghana and Botswana. Lebo Zukiswa is the CEO of Machabeng Global Solutions; an immigration services and legal immigration advisory company. The company provides immigration solutions to its clients including, amongst others, the application of study, business and work visas, SAQA qualification accreditations, permanent residence visas, South African birth certificates, passports and citizenship. In addition, the company provides legal immigration advisory services, and acts on behalf of, and represents its clients to the Department of Home Affairs, as well as in South African courts, on immigration related matters. The company boasts seasoned immigration lawyers, some of whom are former employees of the South African Department of Home Affairs. Prior to establishing Machabeng Global Solutions, Lebo Zukiswa founded, grew and managed her own Management Consulting company from 2006 to 2018. The company focused on finding investment destination countries in Africa, on behalf of its clients. These clients were from a multiplicity of sectors such as in cement, construction, oil and gas engineering, asset management, pension fund administration and waste water treatment. The company’s services included market analysis, market-entry and business development strategies, sectoral licensing registrations and compliance with in-country regulatory and local content legislation, as well as finding local partners and engaging in stakeholder management on behalf of its clients. Lebo Zukiswa is thus well-versed with both investment and immigration legislation, requirements, bottlenecks and challenges, in many African countries, and especially, South Africa. She holds a BA International Relations and Psychology Degree from Wits University, South Africa. She is an E-MBA Candidate with IESE Business School in Navarra, Spain. Lebo Zukiswa sits on the board of, and is the chairperson of EasyETFs, a subsidiary company of The Purple Group: a listed company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
