I am based at one of Command Quality's client(Old Mutual) to establish a testingteam and spearhead the QA on Old Mutual's PMS(BaNCS) implementation. I have previously worked at 5 other companies, locally and abroad building andleading a team of testers working on various BaNCS implementation (different modules(Banking, Insurance, Landing, etc). My good delivery track record in testing this application has made it possible for myname to top the list whenever there is a BaNCS implementation elsewhere inAFRICA.I am thankful and take pride in this achievement.

I was given an opportunity by Wipro to come and help in leading andfulfilling the QA testing deliverables at Liberty SA. I joined a team of about 120employees, made up of Technical leaders, Quality Engineers, Performancetesting engineers, Test Automation Engineers, chapter leads and manyothers. My role involved amongst other things:Enabling the QE on various teams to deliver on their mandateTo identify knowledge gaps from our QEs and address themTo lead and upskill team members on a special SALES FORCE projects.To introduce test automation and provide training on specific automationtool.To help team members to optimize and identify areas where efforts canbe saved.
