I completed my matric in 2014 and registered with UNISA to study National Diploma in Safety Management and passed the following modules: End-user computing, English for Academic Purposes, Ethical Information and Communication Technologies, Safety Principles and Practice 1, Risk Management 1, Business Management 1 and Occupational Health and Safety Law 1. I couldn't finish due to lack of finances. In 2017 I worked at Zithobeni clinic for a year under EPWP, my duties included registering of new patients in the HPRS System, Help desk, Courtesy, File retrieval and giving daily health talks to patients. The experience taught me how to communicate information well and keeping balance and focus in a high pressured environment. While working there I enrolled at Nan Hua Academy where I obtained my Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certificates in Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook.
