As a Programme Assistant at Urgent Action Fund-Africa, I contribute to the Solidarity and Support Programme, which provides rapid and flexible grants to womn's rights activists and organisations across the continent. I am skilled in grants management, qualitative market research, and communication. Before joining Urgent Action Fund-Africa, I was a Project Associate at Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa, where I worked on Strategy, Accountability, and Learning, as well as the Women's Rights Programme. I also have experience as a Features Writer at Perdeby Student News, where I covered topics such as sexual and reproductive health, and students rights. With over four years of work experience in the nonprofit sector, I am passionate about advancing womn's rights, democracy, and social change in Africa.
