• Staff Management includes Dashboard of orders• Managing call ageing of team members• Bi-annual performance appraisals• Performance appraisals and performance warnings• Work in progress-Invoicing Control reports for allocated Non-Sla sites to be consistent at less than 30 days in ageing• Debtors Queries to be investigated, corrected and reported on• Resolving any queries or escalation around Non Sla orders and invoices for the client and dealing with any returns to the supplier requested to avoid unnecessary billing• Managing of Non-Sla reports• Clearance of outstanding sales orders and purchase order and to be reported on• Invoicing of Regional splits• Creation of stock codes on the system• Managing of Non-Sla unused items• Resolved order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identified alternate means for filling orders; notified managers and customers

• Verifying warranty on each unit to be ordered• Using Great Plains/IBM/Lenovo and ibm to check if order is not being duplicated• Ordering company stock online IBM(Lenovo)/ Hewlett Packard, SPL and etc stock within 24 hours• Updating the system(IT-SM Heat) on whether the stock has been ordered or not,• Ordering using Great Plains, CSN and LenovoAnd estimated time of arrival on each item ordered• Run the report to make sure all orders are processed within 24 hours• Escalating of calls• Negotiating pricing with suppliers • Creating and following up on purchase orders• ensure that all requests for ordering / invoicing are processed accurately to avoid system corrections – to take ownership and ensure that corrections are resolved within 24hrs of escalation

• Verifying warranty on each unit to be returned• Using Great Plains/IBM/Lenovo and ibm to checking if orders are not being duplicated• Claiming company stock online IBM(Lenovo)/ Hewlett Packard, SPL before we can return them• Following up with engineers on outstanding faulty spaers to be returned to the supplier• Updating the system(IT-SM Heat) on whether the stock was returned • Running the returning reports to make sure to see wich items needs to be returned to the supplier • Lenovo projects- clearing the billing item• Creating and following up on purchase order• Lenovo Project (Statement for billing) – daily updates on billable items (missed returns)• To assist VAS SLA team leader with any requests for urgent clearance – time management to be managed by team leader so as not to impact any project deadlines

• Processing of Sundry expense and stationary purchases as well as payment thereof : Quote for sundry expense• Checking the invoices against the reports• Provide Spares additions and transfer• Analyzing stock ageing• Spares reconciliation reports
