As a Human Resources Manager at PeoIT, I work with a team of passionate and innovative professionals who aim to create a positive and engaging work environment for our employees. I collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational goals and values. I hold a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, where I developed my skills and knowledge in areas such as organizational behavior, performance management, talent development, and employee well-being. I am very passionate about I/O Psychology and its potential to help organizations and people thrive, especially in these challenging times. I believe in pro-bono work and I aspire to use my expertise to support some organizations for free on a yearly basis. I also value respect and care for employers and employees, and I want to dedicate my life to this area of study.
