The project has for main objective the discovery of novel compounds targeting the guanine-sensing aptamer domain of the riboswitches located in 5’ UTR of four guanine riboswitch-regulated messenger RNAs of the Gram positive bacteria C. difficile using different computational methods including : molecular dynamics, molecular docking and virtual screening.
