All aspects of financial analysis for the IT Department.Full cycle budgeting - Budget preparation, tracking, variance analysis, monthly reviews with executive team.Project accounting - Tracking actual costs against projected.Project portfolio budget.Period close reviews and accruals.

• Manage and lead a team of 10 direct reports for 3rd party billings and vendor deductions relating to promotional trade spends.• Standardize processes and procedures to drive accuracy and efficiency.• Increase technology use to increase throughput.• Work cross-functionally with operations and other teams to set standards and expectations.• Employee reviews and goal setting.• Training of direct reports.

· 7 DAY monthly close of complex distribution company.· Monthly review and analysis of operating department expenses.· Budgeting and variance analysis of operating departments.· Monthly reconciliation of outbound logistics matrix including fuel, mileage, reefer and other transportation department costs.· Journal entries and accruals in Lawson.· Sales and Use tax filings.· Account reconciliations.· Inter-company account reconciliation.· Manage and maintain data files and mapping documents.· Review of accounting issues, inform management of errors and design systems to correct issues that are easy to implement.· Rebate process flow, documentation, execution, accrual, reconciliation, contract tracking.· Technical accounting

· Full accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities. Includes A/P, A/R, accruals, monthly/year end closings, and expense control. · Prepare regular financial statements, profit analysis / break even, cash flow reports, job profit analysis, ad hoc reports.· Costing for sales team.· Operations: Oversee internal operations and implement systems for smooth operations, strategic planning & process improvement.· Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance, banking and other partners.· Implementation of IT systems and other technology systems.· HR Management; employee policies and payroll.· General operations oversight- negotiation of contracts, state regulatory filings, other regulatory filings. · Project management and client management – Manage, coordinate and execute orders to meet deadlines. Includes sourcing of services and supplies, logistics, and time management. Manage information workflow of projects to meet delivery deadlines. Manage client expectations regarding delivery with business customers in regard to their orders.· Licensing – Music Licensing, licensing contract negotiations and writing.

· Cost accounting and tracking physical inventory for adjusting of asset accounts.· Foreign exchange adjustments.
