Providing nursing care for adults, checking vital signs, giving them their medication, assisting with daily exercises & walks. Each patient has different needs, & is catered to accordingly.

My daily job entailed connecting & disconnecting patients onto the haemodialysis machine. Set up suitable parameters for each patient to suit them & their treatment depending on they're weight in comparison to their dry weight. Patients are assesed prior to treatment to check the intensity of their fluid retention, blood tests are done regularly to check their electrolytes and better improve their treatments.
