Primarily responsible to the Township for all economic development activity, and as a liaison and resource for local Horsham businesses. Tasked with overseeing the implimentation of the Township's Master Plan regarding updating and refreshing its' local business parks, and as an advocate for the Township in encouraging and guiding the redevelopment of the former NAS-JRB Willow Grove Naval Air Station facility. January, 2021, appointed Executive Director of the Military Installation Remediation and Infrastructure Authority ("MIRIA"), a new Horsham Township authority authorized under PA 2019 Act 101 tasked with funding water remediation efforts and economic development and infrastructure projects in proximity to the NAS-JRB Willow Grove base property.

Achievements include the development for the bank of a quarterly business newsletter, team involvement in the development of a commercial loan administration tracking database, and I assisted in the development of new commercial loan marketing materials.

Ventured out of my banking comfort zone and was recruited by one of my commercial banking customers to head sales efforts for North America for their casino gaming machine product line. Regulatory oversight and approvals changed rapidly, and a great opportunity turned into a personal fiasco rather quickly.
