- Operate the end-to-end talent acquisition process from clarifying requirements, advising to sourcing and screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal, and offer management to ensure fulfilling the recruitment needs as well as build the talent pool for future needs.- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.- Design, optimize and improve company end-to-end recruitment process.- Brainstorm ideas and support in operating company internal activities.

- Managing candidates database and ERP Systems- Searching for potential candidates through various channels (Vietnamworks, TopCV, LinkedIn,...).- Proceeding the whole IT recruitment (mostly fresher and junior): Sourcing and screening candidate profiles, phone interview, scheduling tests/ interviews with hiring manager and dealing offer.- Building and managing talent pool.

- Recruit HR Freelancer.- Support HR Freelancer and BD.- Screen CV and update interview process.
