LeChea "Unique" Ratchford, have been organizing people’s homes, offices, and paperwork for approximately 10 years. Her experiences which include office administration/management, human resources, customer service, vendor relations, facilities management, and event coordination have allowed Unique to create organizing systems for very large companies to very small companies. With the knowledge given to her from working in the very busy Advertising industry she was able to bring what shes learned home and run her household just as smoothly. Unique is a single working mother of 3, and understand how hard it is to maintain a busy schedule. With that being said she is an expert at making little budgets go a long way. Combining her experiences with her knowledge of organizing principles she has developed a very successful system that is easy to use and maintain. After years of organizing offices and homes for fun, she decided to incorporate her skills and create her own company called UNIQUE Organize!
