About Le Chen

Curiosity fuels my journey, adaptability defines my impact—I’ve built my career by embracing diverse opportunities across territories, industries and cultures to transform business challenges into innovative solutions. 🌏🇨🇳🇫🇷🇩🇰One pivotal step in this transformation was pursuing a full-time MBA at Copenhagen Business School. This experience allowed me to broaden my skill set, deepening my understanding to Nordic sustainable business model and strategies, and preparing me to navigate the complexities of different industries. Armed with this knowledge, I transitioned from managing R&D in the renewable energy sector to leading portfolios in the pharmaceutical field, where I continue to leverage my business and project expertise and strategic mindset. 🧠My track record includes successfully implementing a “glocalization” strategy for a Chinese wind energy company in Denmark since 2019. I established and managed an overseas R&D subsidiary, taking full P&L responsibility for operations with annual budgets reaching hundred millions of DKK. Starting with a small team of two, I scaled it to 25 highly skilled, multicultural engineers dedicated to advanced technological development and product conceptual design. My approach is purpose-driven 🎯, and I am motivated by challenges that allow me to deliver impactful results aligned with the organization’s mission. Collaboration, inclusivity, and effective communication are core values that I bring to every team, helping to bridge business challenges with innovative technical solutions and fostering productive partnerships. My academic background includes an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, along with double master’s degrees in renewable energy from prestigious universities in China and France. This combination of technical expertise and strategic business acumen has been instrumental in my ability to adapt and thrive across different industries, and I am excited to continue building on this foundation as I explore new opportunities 🚀.
