Managed full-cycle talent acquisition for all 30 Marriott brands’ hotel executive positions in the US and Canada. Developed innovative strategies that leveraged market and business intelligence to advance diversity sourcing capabilities for headquarters executive roles across the legal, finance, digital marketing, IT, and loyalty disciplines. • Cultivated consultative relationships with key stakeholders including VPHRs, Area Directors, RVPHRs, and General Managers, and provided them with thorough communication of recruitment compliance, timelines and process. • Achieved all goals in the areas of time-to-fill, and women and diversity hires by deploying mitigation strategies for requisition aging, creating robust sourcing strategies to acquire diverse and female talent.• As Sourcer for the executive talent acquisition team, ensured that we consistently met company diversity candidate slate goals for corporate executive roles.• Created the cadence for the talent acquisition team’s sourcing collaboration.• As a leadership team member of the Marriott Diversity Talent Council, designed the first referral program and cadence. • Optimized Marriott’s membership benefits with the National Association of Black Accountants. (NABA) and National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) organizations by enabling job posting automation and maximizing conference databases for candidate mining and sourcing. • Built the first NBMBAA career fair talent acquisition action plan from scratch; elements included the strategy, data collection, resource deployment, booth experience and technology design. These efforts contributed to Marriott’s all-time high of hires in the company’s 20-year membership history.• Mapped 13 luxury hotel competitors to identify top hotel executive talent in the US and Canada; created a robust pipeline of Hotel Manager talent for tough-to-fill niche positions while providing solid recommendations to the business.

Managed full-cycle talent acquisition for Volvo Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment for all levels of white-collar positions across the engineering, procurement, production operations, sales, and human resources organizations. Performed as member of a global cross-functional talent acquisition team that was charged with driving process improvements with efficiency and innovation.• Built collaborative relationships with stakeholders including the Human Resource Business Partner, hiring managers, and plant leaders through decisive communication of recruitment compliance, timelines and process. • Delivered exceptional candidate experience with thoughtful communication and coaching.• Designed the global recruitment competence framework with teammates in India, Poland, Sweden and France. • Initiated first membership with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) for Volvo’s Hagerstown MD facility to include job posting automation and member benefits elevating the company’s overall brand. • Established and implemented a recruitment process including hiring manager training. • As a member of the Affirmative Action Planning Committee, increased Volvo’s outreach efforts and partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs) in partnership with the Direct Employer. • Deployed lean manufacturing methodologies, including process maps, kaizens, and QRQCs to strengthen the recruitment process.• Became the first Volvo recruiter selected to represent the company in the Leadership Cumberland Fellowship program.
