I am a highly motivated and driven person, assertive and with a go get it type of personality. My experience as a teacher helped me build up my leadership and management skills. In that area I’ve worked with people of all ages and levels, which improved my awareness of people’s behaviour and how to administrate a variety of bureaucratic paperwork and performance reports.I have 7 years of experience in customer service. Those years have taught me how to work with deadlines, under pressure and be a part of a winning team. I’ve worked in a diverse range of companies and in different settings - outbound, inbound, chat and email, sales and retention. I moved to Ireland in 2020 and since then I’ve added to my CV various types of professional experience that were essential for my personal and professional growth and I have also done a course in General English, with an proficiency level certificate.
