I work for the Center for Cellular Imaging in Gothenburg (CCI in English) as a research associate. My goal is to advise and assist researchers so that they can get the best out of the available microscopes. This ranges from training them and providing advice to maintaining the microscopes and performing image analysis. Worked on the visualization and counting of single protein at a single molecule level using high sensitivity microscopy. Design and prototype microfluidic chip associated to microscopy to observe the migration of fluorescent labeled protein. Realized ultra-thin SDS-PAGE to migrate ~100 cells and observe it under a microscope. 2D electrophoresis of a labeled cell lysate followed by a light sheet microscopy visualization (PISA microscope).
