Game presentationResponsible for creating, managing, producing and directing the in-arena video and in-arena presentations at Canadiens home games and events. Lead all aspects of a team of highly enthusiastic individuals who assist in the execution of all in-arena and on-ice activities.RESPONSIBILITIES• Direct the game presentation in the 5 areas of focus - Fan Engagement, Player Integration, Video Production, Ritual activation and Music.• Plan and execute all in-arena and on-ice entertainment activities and talent, including the Canadiens mascot, dance teams, game crew, interactive squad, in-arena announcer & host, DJ and additional entertainers.• Plan and execute of all pre and post-game activities, promotions and concourse activations.• Develop and produce video and player content, and fan engagement entertainment elements.• Oversee all halftime shows and anthem performances.• Lead (hire, schedule, mentor, discipline and evaluate) all full time and contract staff members.• Work closely with the Global Partnerships team to create all partner promotions and ensure all are executed in accordance with sponsor objectives.• Work closely with the Sales and Brand teams to identify and execute sellable inventory, such as anthem singers, choirs, tunnel kids, and other pre-game promotions.• Negotiate with outside suppliers for goods and services.• Facilitate arrangements for all special guests (pre-game autograph signings, etc.).• Produce and develop in the development of unique and entertaining live skits, video board entertainment and promotions.• Research and record methods and NHL best practices in-game presentation and special events; maintain our standing as a first-class organization.• Present all games and events in a quality manner keeping in mind our history.• Communicate all game night requirements to the appropriate departments.• Assist with other related duties and special projects as assigned.
