Developed a geo-referencing process and dataset to use in real-time traffic calculation, production, forecasting and reporting. Help develop several processes involving the calculation and reporting of real-time traffic information.

Managed four groups: Operations, Core Software engineering, GIS engineering, Client Software engineering, several multi-million dollar production projects. Managed and maintain 24X7 production system that powered partners’ 200 million dollar traffic reporting business. Maintained budget ranging from 2.5-3.5M for Dynamic Traveler content department (DTC) for three years with each year coming under budget. Managed multi-year enterprise development projects to create an enterprise distribution system; managed multi-year production projects involving 350-400 production staff in India to add additional attributes to the geographic database.Implement: code maintains system, Location referencing management system, Design standards, Design tools and Application server for enterprise distribution system.Manage several custom build dynamic data services providing Traffic and Speed information to end user, some state government web sits, some major telecommunication complains, several location base services (LBS) companies, several television stations, and several radio stations.Managed professional services projects for high profile customers. Advised on design, development and implementation for high profile customers. Managed/ preformed Data modeling, Specification writing, user documentation writing, implementation planning, and execution of all major projects within the Dynamic Traveler Content (DTC) department. Solve large scale production problems involving Dynamic attributes in the national geographic database. Managed operations for 80+ work stations on a 24/7 systems with 250 users U.S. wide. Workstations were used to enter dynamic data into enterprise distribution system. Architected enterprise Dynamic Traveler Content system, that distributes all Traffic information reported on television, radio and internet in the U.S., Re-architected Dynamic Traveler Content subsystem to service enterprise customers.

Provide engineering support for company software, enVision™. Preformed regression testing on customer device application from companies such as, Intel, Hitachi, and SMC. Created a framework for testing using software engineering models. Created applications using such languages as perl script and enVision™. Obtained two certifications for enVision™ Application development, and Presentation skills.

Managed a two person team to provide internal technical support for 130 employees including, covering all technical support issues for in-house and field employees. Administrated intranet, internet websites and wrote web-based applications in Java, Java script, Visual Basic, Visual Basic script, Active X, and Active Pages, as well as implemented and maintained online databases.

Managed the internal Corporate Communications web site and co-administrated a Unix HTTP server. Responsible for full design and implementation of web based applications. Worked with designer for presentation and layout. Member of National Semiconductor web council.
