I am the Corporate and Institutional Banking Director at Société Générale Madagasikara, where I lead a team of 75 professionals who serve 2000 clients across various sectors and markets. I have over 5 years of experience in this role and as an adjoint, and I hold the AMF certification from the French financial markets authority.My core competencies include structured finance, corporate banking, transaction banking, and ESG finance. I have successfully delivered several complex financing projects involving pool banks and DFIs, leasing, agricultural campaigns, cash management, trade finance, and FX spot/forward transactions. I have also been a member of the investment committee of Miarakap, an impact private equity fund.
