I earned office and customer service experience first at large companies and then working for myself as a small business owner in marketing research. I am re-entering the workforce after having kept office admin skills current while working from home.Technical skills include website design using WordPress themes (Novice), data analysis using SPSS (Novice), MS Office and Google Suite for word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation design (Novice). I use both desktop and cloud-based applications.Soft skills include effective telephone etiquette which comes from 25+ years of telephone networking to reach business decision-makers (for garnering expert survey responses) and account and project management. Concurrently, I volunteered as a bill payer on behalf of social security beneficiaries, a youth choir tour manager, and a Board member of a food education foundation. Others describe me as a problem-solver and detail-oriented (Myers-Briggs INTJ). Recruiters, I support clients with loyalty, conscientious office administration, and, I like to think, flair.
