I have had the privilege of living, working, and studying in some of the best cities in the world over my career and thrived on the experience of working in fast-paced, diverse and collaborative commercial and creative environments. From an early training in Video Production in Dublin, to working my way up through the complex corporate structure of Paramount Global across Sydney, London and New York I have actively cultivated resilience, adaptability and positivity in the face of challenges and change.Over the last 20 years at Paramount, my work in Finance and business strategy across the Broadcast, Content Distribution, Streaming, and Consumer Products lines of business to deliver business intelligence, financial control, predictability, profitability and growth in a fast-changing, global, matrixed organization, operating within a challenging and dynamic industry.My senior leadership stakeholders would describe me as a trusted strategic partner, with a growth-oriented and customer centric mind-set, a keen awareness of commercial strategy. I have shown a real determination to drive data-lead decision-making and tackle a wide variety of unstructured business and organizational challenges.I have now returned home to settle in Ireland with wide ranging financial, commercial, and leadership experience to begin a new chapter of career progression and personal development and look forward to finding my next role
