Cathy is the founder and creative director of Ledden Design iT. She has over 25 years of experience in creative and art direction, brand strategy, and graphic design.Before starting her own business in 2004, Cathy was a senior designer and art director for corporations, including Scotiabank, University of Toronto Press, and Towers Perrin.Creative, friendly, and always approachable, Cathy is an artistic problem-solver. She’s passionate about using design and technology to help exceed her clients’ communications and business goals. Cathy’s able to consistently help her clients get tangible, long-term results because she’s a careful listener and asks insightful questions, always getting to the core issue at the start of a new project.Cathy is a member of the Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario (RGD) and served on its Board of Directors. She is also a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Vice President of Public Relations for Toastmasters High Park Speakers Club, and had been a long-time in-kind partner of the American Marketing Association (AMA) Toronto.In addition to earning positive feedback and referrals from clients, Ledden Design iT is an award-winning agency that has been recognized by RGD Ontario, Applied Arts magazine, HOW magazine, the Canadian Public Relations Society, and the Financial Post.

Senior designer for busy internal design studio, that supported many business communications. Special projects included Total Rewards HR communication, Archive posters and anniversary books, Financial reports, Annual Reports, and newsletters.

Designing annual reports, magazines, corporate communications.

Designed books, event posters, banners, displays, invitations, curriculum calendars, supporting Public Affairs and promoting all things the University of Toronto Press and Publishing department required. Proudly designed the UofT graduates diploma, including the UofT Engineers Diploma. One of which hangs on my brother's wall.
