On a sponsored work visa with PRM engineering, working on:- Safety system development (from design to validation and production)- PLC coding in Codesys (including CODESYS SIL2)- HMI (screen) coding in Codesys, C++ and QML- Wiring diagrams- CAN communications: Both raw CAN and CAN-OPEN- Management of the production: creating the work orders, and making sure the work load is fair- Stock: Previsions and orders, and dealing with suppliers (both in australia and overseas)Working on different projects:- Vacuum lifter system control (safety PLd EN ISO 13849)- Height and slew limiter for excavators: ongoing project with new releases. Limits excavator to a safe area using inclinometers- Pedestrian detection system for heavy machinery: detects and alarms when pedestrians are detected in dangerous areas (using AI)- Other small projects like joysticks PWM controllers , forklift specific height limiters
