I am a Swansea University graduate with MEng in Chemical Engineering looking for a graduate scheme position.Interested on the STEM field since high school. Chosen student representing my school for 2 years in a row 2016-2017 in the Panhellenic Chemistry competition.Swansea University MEng in Chemical Engineering learned subjects and modulesYear-3Particulate Systems , Energy and Low Carbon Technologies, Environmental Engineering Practice, Safety and Loss Prevention, Reactor Design II, Separation Processes II, Process Equipment Design, Process Equipment Selection and Control, Engineering Management, and Chemical Engineering Design Project where 40,000 barrels of heavy petroleum feed had to be processed with a non catalytic method using Delayed Coking (final grade of design project 74%). Year-4Industrial Engineering and Research Practice, Biochemical Engineering II , Water and Wastewater Engineering, Complex Fluids and Flows, Advanced Microfluidics, Optimisation, Colloid and Interface Science, Polymers design, and Chemical and Environmental Engineering MEng Design Project where a knovel method had to be used to produce biodiesel from biomass. The selected biomass was wet algae using thermal liquefaction units to extract its lipids and with further process obtain the required biodiesel.Committed to continuous learning and development.Fluent speaker of 3 languages ( English, Greek, Albanian ) having also an Elementary knowledge on the German language.
