► Responsible for developing new customers from domestic and international lighting fair, Google searching engine, B2B websites, and keep in touch with regular customers. ► Independently liaise with international customers to close the deal in term of products introduction, price, payment, lead time, delivery and so on. Following the factory production process and make sure the production process going smoothly.► Cooperation with the customers‘ feedback on the products, deal with customers’ claims and ensure customers satisfaction.► Complete company products datasheet, description, and detailed introduction in word, excel and PDF files, responsible for reconstruct company website to build company international image and attract more potential customers and maintain the company website backend.► Collect relevant market information in marketing points, industry trends, development of new products.► Participate in the company development decision and evaluate the pro and con, and help the boss to realize each important investment in B2B, recruiting, training session.► Help my manager recruit people including sales, factory manager, purchaser, administrator,etc.► Help to make computer generated photos for new designed products and then write description and find right people to layout and print.
