After completing his Masters degree in Computer Science and currently doing a “Managing Director” professional master degree at ESCP EUROPE Business School in Paris, I have gained a strong experience mainly in automobile area through managing operations and leading enterprise transformation projects. I develop strong ties with team members, pooling talent, nurturing motivation and ambition through Business Models, leading the way from initial vision to successful implementation. I am comfortable operating at every level of the organisation to instil a performance-driven mindset within teams to achieve tangible results. Some examples of my achievements: implemented enterprise-wide programmes to boost competitiveness of PSA Group, defined plan to modernise automobile distribution in Europe and to improve its performance, doubled capacities of the European Design Centre to help design teams to develop automobile projects according to the strategic plan, implemented new supply chains in engine and gearbox plants.
