Daintree operates in the retail and distribution of pharmaceutical products, and is an erp system partner in the pharmaceutical industry developing on the Odoo Enterprise platform.- Lead Operation and Supply Chain section aligning with company mission and vision for development.- Together with the Director lead the fundraising project of building Pharmaceutical Distribution Center (DC) applying Automation, Robobics, ERP, IOT to expand company to B2B side- Define and execute Business plan - Connect all teams in the project (Technical, Legal, Construction, IT, Finance, Pharmacy Team…) and communicate with funder/investor/partner representatives

** Sourcing and Vendor management:- Building up and maintain relationship with vendors.- Sourcing, market analyzing, evaluating new and existed vendors.- Representing company in negotiating contracts, prices and other commercial conditions (payment term, credit limit, listing fee, display position, seller training, stores activation, promotion campaign...)- Introducing new products and advising tragedies for launching effectively - Building the procedures to appraise vendor periodically.- Controlling margin and supplier payable day. - Conducting tender process for best bidding** Promotion & Merchandising- Contributing and develop branding strategy for each category- Being responsible for operation and sale of each category in term of price, margin, promotion, quality, distribution plan, availability of products- Discussing and following up promotion schemes from suppliers- Researching, analyzing and evaluating market to find out consumer’s need and opportunity of each category ** Inventory and logistics management:- Analyzing and following up the inventory at main warehouse and at stores to build up stores' assortment list and appropriate inventory level and avoid the out of stock situation.- Leading communication between stores and merchandising, manage orders and deliveries from warehouse and stores.- Running purchase order plan to replenish stock and balance with promotional and rebate program from supplier to achieve higher margin.** Team Management- Allocating tasks and balance wordload among team effectively accordance with SC and company target- Setting up and review KPI for whole team and make sure my team operate with high team spirit and efficient manner- Motivating, coaching, evaluating, training and developing staffs** Build up ERP (Dynamics AX) System- Being member of ERP Project to build ERP system - Carrying out solution and reports for high efficiency of company- Testing trial version- Training other users
