Developed and taught a year-long reading skills class for students on IEPs with reading deficits, which used the program Adolescent Accelerated Reading Initiative. Developed and taught a year-long 8th grade math skills class for students on IEPs with math deficits. Designed, implemented, and completed the work required behind the scenes in order to keep the testing center for the school running, which made sure students with IEPs were having their accommodations met. Tracked IEPs and made sure the needs of students were being met by staff and appropriate data was being collected. Co-led with another colleague the Future City club for the middle school students (2015-2021). Advocated and helped promote differentiation across the curriculum. Utilized tools to collect and monitor data for student progress for IEPs and student success. Assisted colleagues with understanding and interpreting data.
