- Lead planning, strategy & KPI setting for AirAsia BIG's social media platforms across APAC.- Responsible for development of brand awareness, online reputation & social media engagement to align with business goals.- Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in social media, design tools and applications to enable the brand to consistently implement new features.- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.- Provide in-depth measurement, analysis and insights for social media performance using social media marketing tools online.- Collaborate with other teams, like Marketing, Commercial, Branding & Customer Support to ensure brand consistency.- Lead a team of social media executives to execute daily social media tasks seamlessly.
