In 2019, she was recruited to take up the role of Regional Social Media Marketing Lead for the award-winning company, AirAsia BIG Loyalty where she led the Social Media initiatives through a large-scale rebranding and a pandemic to boot. Currently, she is the Head of Social Products at Rev Media Group, heading up a department of talented social media specialists who has successfully consolidated all Sponsored Social Media Content and Influencer Marketing within Media Prima Group’s Digital, News, TV, and Radio networks.To date, Ledwina is also a HRD Corp Certified Trainer and enjoys running training programs related to her field of work as a passion project.
