I write for USA TODAY covering politics out of the Washington, D.C., bureau with a particular emphasis on issues important to Florida. Among the agencies I cover for the nation's largest newspaper/new site are EPA, NASA, NOAA and FEMA.I've been at our bureau since 2000 handling a number of beats, including (at various times) Capitol Hill politics for the following states Colorado, Montana, New Jersey, Missouri, South Dakota and Tennessee. I've also covered the following federal agencies: Education, Indian Affairs, Interior, and Transportation.In my job, I coordinate coverage with numerous editors on a daily basis, I often post my stories (with photos and videos) to the Internet.
