• To input orders using SAP with a high level of accuracy, resulting in a reduction of order input errors, reduction in invoice queries and reduction in customer complaints• Maintaining high levels of customer service, all calls to be answered within set service levels, increasing availability time on calls and resulting in positive customer feedback surveys

• Taking calls off members at initial point of breakdown • Worked in Prestige department dealing with Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini customers • Dealing with queries and complaints
