Progressary is a B2B SaaS platform helping tech companies build sustainably diverse teams. The software helps organizations measure the impact of their DEI initiatives and create social accountability by quantifying inclusion and equity metrics.

Forter is an identity-based fraud prevention company recently valued at $3B. I primarily owned the go-to-market strategy for Forter Element, a strategic product for payment service providers that established a one-to-many distribution channel for the company. Established many firsts – a sales feedback loop process, product OKR documentation, value-based product documentation, ROI-driven customer-facing assets, Forter's official demo webinars, and more. Other responsibilities included sales enablement, competitive intelligence, GTM process, website design, and audience segmentation and messaging.

I owned the launch of Synthetics for Datadog, a monitoring platform for cloud applications, leading up to the IPO in 2019. Created messaging and positioning for a new, technical persona: front-end developers. Created best-practice internal documentation practices, customer-facing assets, sales enablement materials, and more. Conducted competitive intelligence research and global, live sales trainings to scale the go-to-market teams.

Owned the ideation, development, and launch of digital and physical products for the e-commerce wine subscription startup. Developed and launched a new website and brand and established the first user feedback loop.

Designed and developed the responsive user experience of the artist-facing iTunes Connect portal across mobile and web platforms. Collaborated cross-functionally between technical, design, and client-facing teams.

Consulted for the U.S. Army’s National Levee Database to create a new interface for the high-visibility archives. Collaborated with the Senior User Experience Designer, stakeholders, and engineering team.

Designed and developed an internal TV program simulation tool for use by customer service representatives during troubleshooting, in collaboration with a team of 12 engineers in an Agile development process.
