Collaborated with clients in various financial institutions in the following roles: - Technology incident review: analysed the technology operating model and delivery framework for a major financial institution following a major technology incident, with a focus on assessing current state practices against industry best practices (e.g. ITIL). Areas of focus included implementation procedures (SDLC), enterprise work prioritisation practices, and IT service management processes.- Business Architecture: Supported the translation of current-state business processes to future-state features required in nCino/Temenos Transact - Functional business analyst: Defined the business requirements (using Azure DevOps) for an nCino platform implementation for a lending institution with unique financial products. Conducted requirement gathering workshops with client subject matter experts, with a focus on loan servicing, end of life closure, and collateral/covenant management processes. Supported developers by translating functional requirements into technical language.

Supported clients in a range of industries in technology transformation programs and organisational redesigns.- Managed the requirements for the Integrations Services team as part of a broader multi-year enterprise platform transformation program in a major insurance company. Engaged with enterprise project management to manage dependencies between teams and platforms, and negotiate timelines for delivery. - Assisted with designing the responsibilities, processes and structure for an Operate team to support the implementation of a cloud-based client engagement tool. Supported end-to-end testing of the Salesforce solution and the ServiceNow service catalogue. - Supported a major insurance company's operating model refresh by modelling organisational data in OrgVue (workforce modelling tool) and using Gizmo (coding language based on Java) for data manipulation and analysis. - Documented high-level process maps and designed data structures for a skills mapping/tracking proof of concept in ServiceNow. Captured requirements in Jira and managed sprint tracking for developers.
