Leading and supporting the student wellbeing team across all three campuses through targeted interventions and supports, education and health programs for students and families, and developing and implementing whole school initiatives such as Respectful Relationships, School Wide Positive Behaviour Support framework, eSmart, Safe Schools and SafeMinds.

Coached and mentored teachers to improve EAL pedagogical practices and Systemic Functional Grammar teaching strategies in the classroom, and worked with colleagues to improve whole-school practices using DataWise through Professional Learning Teams/Communities.

Worked on the Positive Start in 2022 Initiative Camp stream aimed at providing programs and opportunities to re-engage students for the start of 2022 after two years of disrupted learning due to COVID-19.

Worked with the EAL Unit in the Department of Education and Training to support curriculum implementation, resource development and professional learning around assessment, reporting and moderation.
