I am a Customer Service Officer, I assist guests that are at the Medical Centers to Students that are going to the University with anything they need. Escorting them to and from the Medical Center and assisting them with their needs and assisting students with making sure they arrive at their dorms or class in a safe manner.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE POSTING DEALER TRADES, WORKING AND COORDINATING DEALS WITH FINANCE MANAGERS ON NEW CARS. CONTACTING DIFFERENT DEALERS AND THEIR CONTROLLERS CONCERNING PAYMENT ON TRADES.

Instrumental in recruiting employees, training and coaching them through their skill set.

I was an Employee Training Coordinator, I assisted in the training of employees in different aspects of the Restaurant, from Cooks, dishwashers, servers, hosts, cashiers to night maintenance personnel.

My responsibilities was to assist and train new servers from greeting their tables to receiving orders from their guests and making sure that their guests had everything they needed to make their dining experience a memorable one.
