The UCPath Center is the transactional hub for human resources, payroll, benefits, general ledger, workforce administration, and academic processes across the entire University of California system.Responsible for providing a full range of customer services. Develop processes toensure customer service needs are met with speed and accuracy and customer serviceissues are resolved. Respond to customer (employees and managers) inquiriesand/or problems. Research and resolve questions and problems, maintains recordsand communicates resolution and/or status to customer. Ensure phone coverage bystaffing appropriately to meet customer needs. Monitor quality of representatives'responses when responding to customer inquiries.
