 Lead the Towing Resolution department through development and implementation of new procedures to streamline workflow and shorten claims handling turn times. The results of these changes allowed for double staffing growth which tripled the number of claims processed in a single month, resulting in a positive increase in revenue by $249,611 from 2019 to 2021, with an increase in EBIDTA of $197,085, with a projected additional revenue increase of $439,250 for 2022, resulting in EBITDA increase of $215,900 by the end of 2022. Developed and managed the Cargo Claims team from April 2021 through May 2022. Under my leadership, claims processing turn times decreased by 30% resulting in the number of claims processed increased by 40% which increased revenue by $97,809.37. Spearheaded new client onboarding during Client Portal training to facilitate claims processing directly through their claims network.  Developed client relationships which garnered increased volume of claims submitted for processing. Managed Two Departments consisting of 12 direct reporting personnel. Responsible for Auto Physical Damage, Inland Marine, Motor Truck Cargo, Trailer Interchange/Bailee and Property Damage policy review to determine coverage and properly apply said coverage for specific claims assignments

Controller – Office Manager 2015 – 2020 Complete responsibility for all things financial for the company. The sole manager of cash with responsibility for payroll (6 pay cycles monthly, total employees 37), account reconciliation. Company revenue has grown from $ 10.2 million to more than $ 15 million during my tenure. Began the implementation and conversion to a complete ERP with Production Automation and Bar Code Scan Inventory Management solution for the company. Led the implementation of a new retirement plan for all full time and salaried employees.  Inherited a broken system with very little structure in office procedures. Partnered with leadership to develop a complete system of checks and balances. In 2016, implemented a new credit card processing procedure and vendor with a goal to reduce fees. Saved the company more than $30,000 in bank fees during the first year of implementation.  Analyzed opportunities and restructured overhead expenses resulting in $25,000 in annual savings. Completed a State Audit with “No Results Found”, which is highly unusual. After reviewing past years before my hire, we were able to discover the state actually owed the company $30,000. Moved credit card customers to discount terms resulting in cutting bank fees and improving cash flow. Increased Retained Earnings by $ 696,914.00 in 3 years, through properly funding capital re-investment and utilizing optimal financing options. Decreased overall debt by $ 844,716.00 in 3 years while continuing to procure capital expenditure upgrades increasing overall asset value by $ 490,433.00.
