As part of the Business Solutions Team within Enterprise Transformation, I have played a key role in the solution design and implementation of a new front office Recruitment System (Bullhorn) for multiple recruitment brands across the RGF Staffing Group including Chandler Macleod, ahs, Vivir, Peoplebank NZ, OCG, Utilising my extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and recruitment systems I have worked closely with the business users, internal teams and 3rd party solution providers to design and implement robust system and process solutions that drive business improvement and great customer experience.A key part of my role has been to work closely and collaboratively with partners to build and enhance 3rd party system integrations and establish strong vendor relationships.I have played a lead role in the solution design and implementation across the group in the areas of candidate registration and onboarding, compliance, document management and automated reference checking.
