Employer Relationship Manager

Initially employed as an Advisor on the IAP Government Initiative, I worked with clients that have been unemployed for a period of 6 months or more. Some of my daily tasks included identifying training needs, completing all course paperwork, identifying work experience needs and breaking down barriers to employment. I then progressed to a Recruiter where I was responsible for a caseload of 250 clients working to locate them suitable employment and work placements or work trials through contacting employers and marketing the aim of the company and covering for the Team Leader in cases of absence.
