Lead developer and deliverer for the Army's Life Skills programme in Scotland. This involves coordination of expert external speakers and internal MOD resources to ensure a programme that enhances the core Life Skills such as Whole Life Development, Preventative Welfare, Financial awareness and Housing knowledge of Service Personnel to increase these skills within service and to enable a longer and smoother process to a successful transition to civilian life. Produced comprehensive Campaign plan for the Army in Scotland's Engagement objectives that led to the creation of the Engagement Strategy and Plans for Army engagement in Scotland.
