In October 2024 I was promoted to Senior Academy Lead at Gaydio. This means that I am undertaking the duties of my previous role but with more of a head-of-department role. Overall this sees me:- Looking after Gaydio Brighton presenters to make sure that the output of the station falls within OFCOM compliance and making sure I am training them regularly on their shows and new procedures- Being part of the music scheduling team which involves suggesting new tracks to be playlisted and then scheduling this music in G-Selector across 3 different stations- On-air presenting- Supporting volunteers and project participants across the business. This includes responsibility for overseeing, supporting, training and managing our volunteers on the Brighton show. - Planning the delivery of all incoming Gaydio Academy Projects, ensuring they are fully resourced. This includes planning and agreeing on a time plan for each of the projects, ensuring they can be resourced. - Delivery of project work and training as part of Gaydio Academy which includes: - Planning – scheduling delivery time, finding and booking accommodation for delivery and developing the content and materials. Where necessary, contracting any freelancers to support the programme - Recruiting – making sure that we achieve the number and demographic required in the grant or commercial agreement - Delivering – Hosting the workshops or activities, ensuring they are delivered in a safe and professional way. Also following up on any post-activities, such as introducing participants to our volunteering programme. - Evaluation - This includes collecting and evaluating data for reporting back to funders, alongside the Grants Manager. - Coordination with our bid writer to ensure that programmes are deliverable- Coordination with the programming team to ensure that Academy programmes are reflected in our radio output, this may include activities such as support with commercial and production where appropriate

Presenting the 'Early Breakfast' show every Wednesday & Thursday between 2am-7am to then hosting Brighton's Evening Show every weekday between 7pm and 9pm. Talking about everything that's happening in Sussex, brand new music and chart music and throwing in some witty banter ob the worlds biggest LGBT radio station. Also covering for networked presenters that presenter national shows to millions.I have also been a Assistant Producer for Gaydio's Drive show and various Gaydio Breakfast Shows. This see's me prepping and organising for the shows, editing audio and sound bites, arranging guest for interview and making sure there is high quality content throughout the show.

In 2021 I started a brand new role that was created at Gaydio. A role that was created to manage the Gaydio Academy. Gaydio is the biggest LGBTQ+ station in the world but alongside delivering everything you'd expect from a modern media company, we're committed to using our resources to help effect positive change in the places we broadcast to and the community that we represent. I presented the 'Weekend Brunch' show on Switch 107.5fm. This consisted of shows every Saturday and Sunday between 10m and 12pm getting listeners ready for their weekend.The show consists of the newest pop tracks, some golden oldies throw in, competitions and general chit chat. I have also taken charge of training presenters on the upgrade from Myriad 3 to Myriad 5. In 2020 I was put in charge of also training brand new presenters from going through the software, voice tracking to them completing a demo show for the head of the station.

My responsibilities were:- Carry out outbound sales calls- Exceed sales KPIs/Targets- Nurture client relationships, account management- Follow up with various business owners after the initial engagement- Compose emails/letters and social media sales strategy as requested by Sales Director- Have in-depth conversations with customers regarding their business- A varied and diverse role selling different Event Concepts- Create PR to send out to all national and local newspapers- Create PR for online sites and social media- Overcome objections- Close Sales- Attend Events- Carry out further tasks to assist with the needs of the business

My responsibilities were:- Calling my database of new clients to come onboard with Gaydio and to advertise with us through Radio, Digital & Social Media.- Using Salesforce to logo calls and add notes to new/existing clients- Creating unique and tailored campaigns for clients and business that fits their needs- Touting leads from Newspapers, magazines, other radio stations- Controlling invoices and payments for clients- Developing relationships with new/existing clients for future business- Hosting Gaydio Brighton Business Networking Event once a month- Managing existing clients to make sure they are happy and that the product is working.

At Lawton & Dawe my role was a Head Property Valuer. My Responsibilities were:- Valuating Clients properties and giving them a true Market Appraisal on sales and lettings- Listing lettings and sales properties online- Negotiating deals where both clients in the transaction are happy- Completing deals and exchange in money- Touting other competitors to gain instructions- Networking at major events to gain clients and to seek new business opportunities- Putting together and designing a campaign plan for our marketing for the next 6 months

During a transition of Juice to Global I was made one of the Weekend Presenters to help transition the 2 stations. This saw me keep the listeners informed during this period. This also saw me take on a lot of responsibilities with OB's. During the spring/summer I was heading up the OB's making sure there was high quality content and interviews for the shows. This also allowed me to Meet and Greet listeners and also gain brand awareness for the station. I also provided technical help with the set up and throughout the days.

At New Look I started as a normal sales adviser and made my way up through the ranks to become on of the management team. Below are my job titles and what responsibilities I had:Sales Advisor:- Customer service work and helping the store with stock replenishment and handling refunds.- Keeping the shop floor tidy and delivery of excellent customer service.- Customer service and till operation. - Money handling and card transactions. - Maintaining the presentation of my shop floor area, putting brand new stock out, replenishing stock- Working in the stock room and helping customers find what they wantSupervisor: - Delegating shop tasks to my colleagues and helping them with any questions. - Guidance in retail and seeing how they get on. - Motivating the whole team and make sure they were ok with their duties on the day. - Cashing up the end of trading which involved cashing up the tills and our main safe to see if we have any loss.Top Floor Specialist:- Looking after a whole floor which contains 4 main Trends: Men’s, 915 (Generation Kids), Inspire (Items sized 18 to 26) and Maternity.- VM and making a whole floor look to specification. Also working with figures and evaluating sales targets.- Looking to change to improve target figures for future forecasts. - Also managing a whole floor and making sure that every member of staff is delivering excellent customer service and making sure every customer has a brilliant experience of shopping in Newlook.Covering Store Manager:- Covering Major stores such as Hove and Haywards Heath- Giving tasks to my team and seeing them through- Supervising head office inspections
