I first started out my career within the hospitality sector working my way from the very bottom through to management level. It’s here I developed a passion for people and whilst the pandemic brought many challenges, this presented me with an opportunity to change paths and enter the world of HR. Maintaining a people first focus remains a key passion of mine and I’m grateful for every challenge I am presented with.
