- Met with homeowners and home builder sales representatives to create 2D and 3D designs and estimates on various outdoor living projects (i.e. decks, patios, porches, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, lighting, etc- Generated permit structural drawings and obtained building permits in various jurisdictions in Maryland for deck and porch construction.- Coordinated with Field Supervisor and homeowner throughout the duration of the build to ensure quality control and collaborative communication for a positive experience for the client.- Attended various trade shows to research and implement new, state-of-the-art technology and advancements in the construction industry.- Collaborated with the Brand Executive at Trex Company to design their Transcend brand deck in 2009, a deck that still receives awards for its creative, unique design.
