My current role sits within the marketing department of a large telecommunications company, but in reality is used throughout all departments. My duties include, but aren’t limited to, database systems management, marketing selections delivery, campaign reporting, marketing analysis, insight driven campaign planning, ad-hoc reporting for numerous departments, sales team segmentation, retention modelling, SQL data extracts to feed customer feedback programmes and CRM system functionality and design.
