I am a dedicated, hardworking and passionate individual. I have a wealth of transferable skills which I have gained in my varied work history from the security, customer service, supported housing and construction sectors. I am always willingness to learn and develop new skills with a desire to progress and improve myself. I will always go the extra mile to deliver customer service excellence and have a reputation for ensuring complete customer satisfaction. I have proven competent leadership skills in situations where sound judgement and decision-making skills were critical to performance and the health and safety of others. I can think outside the box to implement and introduce effective change to situations, meeting the requirements for specific contracts, working in a flexible and organised manner.
