I oversee all aspects of delivery at Cricket Without Boundaries, a sport for development organisation that uses sport to address health and social issues across the globe, with a historical focus on HIV/AIDS awareness and education in sub-Saharan Africa.Duties:Management of relationship with in-country partners including cricket associations and health/social partner organisationsDirect support of Ambassador coaches, both face-to-face and remotely via WhatsAppConception, development, and implementation of new delivery methods and associated resources, including: • new games & activities • coaching cards • coach education resources • ODK monitoring systems & evaluation toolsDevelopment of new projects with partners, tackling fresh issues through cricket, bringing together CWB’s delivery expertise with subject-matter experts to develop projects that meet participant needsProduction of digital media resources and website maintenance, including annual reports, videos, set-up and maintenance of project blogsCoordination of the CWB development group – a team of volunteers who oversee the day-to-day running of the charity – providing support and input to ensure all areas work effectively together: • Fundraising • Volunteer recruitment • Monitoring & evaluation • Partnership developmentConsultatory support for organisations looking to use cricket for goodAdult education in the use of cricket-for-good, including delivery of bespoke CWB training days covering topics including the basics of cricket, inclusive coaching, delivering a message through the gameCoordination of teams of volunteers to deliver projects in sub-Saharan Africa: team formation, project planning with in-country partners, training of volunteers, on-project remote support, and post-project follow-upDelivery of projects in-country (6 weeks per annum), using in-country time to meet with partners and check on progress on development plans

I am an ECB Level 3 coach and Tutor/Assessor based near Huddersfield, Yorkshire. I deliver a range of coaching programmes for players aged 6 to seniors. I co-founded the podcast with my fellow hosts in 2018. We collaborate to identify topics for discussion and potential interviewees, interview implementers and participants in sport for development and related fields, and am the principle editor of the podcast audio.

I joined Interactive Solutions in 1996, after completing a BSc Hons In Product Design. I have since completed a Masters Degree in Interactive Multimedia Production and have studied Project Management to Prince 2 practitioner level.I was responsible for the concept design and project management of all projects within the company. Having hands-on experience throughout the full evolution of digital media from the early days of CD-ROM, through the emergence of the first simple websites, to the current advanced technologies associated with Web 2.0.

Responsible for developing and delivering the Computing & Design module, this module gives a broad introduction to both traditional and interactive design and provides guidance in the use of associated software programs.
