Initially supported our Health Sector contract with Resourcing and Recruitment during our transition period. After transition, co-ordinated the development of CI Champions across the Network, led the creation of multiple digital solutions, established Best Practice sharing forums to support network wide standardisation, established a cross functional Quality forum to systematically develop and embed a 'right first time' quality culture to improve and sustain customer 'experience\service’ . Currently managing multiple workstreams across our network, all based upon transforming the way we work, including the development and embedding of a robust benefits tracking process, supportive training programs in benefits realisation, structured approaches to problem solving and problem solving facilitation.

Initial responsibility included the development of UEP's Academy facility including all building work, branding, signage, installation of furniture and fittings, equipment and the establishment of all service and support contracts. On-going responsibility included ensuring the smooth running of the facility with full budgetary control, management of all contracted services and adherence to the principles of the wider business, to ensure the continued provision of a truly word class learning and capability development environment for our clients and colleagues alike. I also provided direct support to our Learning & Development specialists to ensure that all external and internal training, support and preparation requirements for pre, during and post learning intervention were met, liaising with all key stakeholders involved in the process including external clients, suppliers and colleagues. I also co-ordinated for the Practice all internal capability development sessions and co-ordinated the Technical Standards Group managing all delivery standards material repositories and the change control process.

I had direct responsibility for both major and minor production commodities involving both UK and overseas suppliers. I also had significant project management responsibility including that of major New Product Introduction and non NPI. I had significant control over supplier KPI’s, cost analysis, product cost estimating, commodity strategy, supplier development and was instrumental in the department’s work on lean implementation through the adoption of standardized work and visual management

During this period I became responsible for some major production commodities whilst retaining some minor commodity responsibility. I also took some responsibility for project management getting involved in some major NPI. I also began work on service contracts such as vending machines and photocopiers. Additionally, I had some line management responsibility. I also developed all of the department’s standard documents and procedures in line with group and TS16949 standards plus lead the introduction of standardized work and visual management into the Procurement function.
