National Director of Development and Training.Initially hired at Guidepoint as a regional manager of existing business in Texas, I was promoted to a National Director position, with oversight on all dealerships preloading the Guidepoint GPS product, nation-wide, with a team of program support staff all hired, trained and managed by me. This was a new division created by innovations that I made to the company's existing dealer programs.Through improvement on those programs, I was able to create a majorly improved revenue stream for both the dealerships and Guidepoint.With this model, better customer relations and improved training materials and techniques, I increased profit on this area of the business specifically by 418%, over an 18 month period.
