Service Manager leading out-of-hour’s GP services across the Hertfordshire area

My role includes leading and coaching a team of approximately 25 people (covering a range of hours) to deliver excellent customer experiences in store and deliver high operational standards. Along side this I also supported individuals with development opportunities actively taking part in support colleague progression. I also support and deputise the Store Manager in the following areas Loss Prevention and Shrinkage, People Management, Compliance, Managing and working to Budgets and supporting the store to be able to meet required performance against core KPIs. I have also trained as a NVQ 2 level Dispenser to allow me to understand, support and lead our pharmacy business.

Actively responsible for operational activities including merchandising, stock to shelf and stock replenishment and implementing promotions alongside delivering strong and high levels of customer services. Supported checkouts and general queries. Completed Medicines counter course alongside this to allow me to be able to advise on pharmacy line medicines to boost my ability to deliver great customer care
