Promoted to align the organisation with the new National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) whilst maintaining high-quality service delivery to NDIS participants, I led development of a new operating model, product mix, and footprint across 60 sites in NSW and ACT. Providing leadership to a team of 900+ people, I oversaw a centralised customer service team, sales, technology and infrastructure. • Aligned the organisation with the NDIS, developing and implementing a revised service line and geographic footprint to improve service for customers and ensure long-term sustainability; • Shaped a customer-centric culture with a targeted approach to transitioning existing customers to the NDIS, and acquiring and retaining NDIS recipients; • Developed and delivered a new ‘Customer Journey’ by establishing a centralised customer service team and introducing a best-in-class centralised rostering and bookings function.

In this corporate services role, I partnered with the CEO to strengthen organisational performance and operating environment Driving strategy formulation, I developed and implemented a strategic technology roadmap and fundraising plan, developing a new financial and operating model. With 6 direct and 40 indirect reports, I oversaw a series of projects including the implementation of a client management system and the establishment of a quality and risk function. • Delivered six consecutive years of surplus, leading delivery of a three-year strategic plan in just two years; • Developed and implemented a customer management system, establishing a single source of truth for customer data and increasing the efficiency of scheduling and billing procedures; • Spearheaded two new building projects and multiple property projects, with full involvement from securing the land to construction, winning a number of design awards.
